One of the oldest representation companies in Turkey, Somteks Pazarlama Ticaret A.Ş was founded in 1979 by Orhan Torfilli. Currently Somteks Pazarlama Ticaret A.Ş is being managed by Ahmet Torfilli.

Ahmet Torfilli established Somplast Plastik Dış Tic. Ve San Ltd. Şti group companies in 2008 and actualized his experience in the plastics industry. Recenty the company is executing represantation of the world-renowned machinery manifacturers in this field.

In 2021, SOMFOOD company was established within the body of SOMPLAST group companies aiming to meet the customers need quicker and accurately in the growing and developing food sector.

In the Food Sector; the company is maintaining its activities by producing special solutions for our business partners with Metal Sorting systems, X-Ray Detectors, Automatic Weighing Systems, Magnet Systems, Colour Sorters, Robot and Automation Systems.
